Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Senior Engineer with experience in the electronic security industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise to support the design, implementation, and management of electronic security systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to pass a government background check
- Creates designs for electronic security systems including but not limited to Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems.
- Creates system testing plans for electronic security systems
- Creates system operation manuals for electronic security systems
- Reviews designs for accuracy and quality
- Assists the business development team with proposal development
- Creates mark-ups for and provides direction to CAD operators
- Answers questions for field personnel via telephone
- Assists help desk technicians via telephone when needed
- Travels to conduct quality control inspections or system testing when needed
- Maintains a working knowledge of new and existing products from established vendors
