Mid Level Email Marketing Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level email marketing manager job?
Position yourself around ownership and results: highlight campaigns you ran independently, metrics you moved, and decisions you made without constant direction. Employers at this level want evidence of end-to-end execution, not just task completion. Tailor your resume to show platform proficiency, list growth or engagement wins with real numbers, and demonstrate you can manage a project from brief to send to analysis.
Which companies hire mid level email marketing managers?
Companies hiring mid level email marketing managers right now include Esri, Mary Kay, and Tapestry, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. At this level, hiring comes from a wide range of employers, including direct-to-consumer brands, SaaS companies, and retailers that rely on owned-channel revenue and need someone who can own the calendar with minimal oversight.
Are there remote mid level email marketing manager jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options are common at this level. About 50% of mid level email marketing manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how central this role is to digital-first teams that operate across time zones. Filtering by work setting on Migrate Mate lets you narrow to fully remote or hybrid postings quickly.
How do I move up to a mid level email marketing manager role?
Growth into mid level comes from taking on more ownership over time: moving from executing tasks assigned by others to leading a campaign or automation workflow from start to finish. Build depth in one email platform, develop a habit of tying your work to measurable outcomes, and look for opportunities to mentor newer teammates. Consistent delivery with documented impact is what signals readiness for this step.
