JOB SUMMARY:
Digital product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing product positioning and messaging, and coordination of the social media, and communications through the digital channel and portals.
The role acts as a strategic partner, aligning communication with market trends and consumer insights. The ideal candidate combines attention to detail and creativity to deliver strong digital execution and commercial impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as a normal practice.
Digital Marketingcommunication
- Create and manage content across website, email, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong digital presence including digital product campaigns.
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Develop product positioning and messaging, translating features into clear customer benefits
- Coordinate with Global for some Company global communications and necessities across the group.
Market InsightsStrategy
- Track consumer trends, competitive activity, and category performance
- Support category analysis and segmentation. Turn insights into actionable recommendations to support product positioning and growth.
Sales EnablementCross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop presentations, decks, reports, and customer-facing materials
- Support Sales with tools and insights to drive digital business opportunities
- Collaborate with Product managers, Trade Marketing, R&D and cross-functional teams to align product communication and launches
Brand, CommunicationOperations
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms
- Coordinate social media, agencies, and trade show support
- Maintain digital assets, support customer portals, and ensure accuracy and version control
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is following all Company policies and procedures.
- Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations and all lock-out/tag-out requirements according to OSHA requirements.
Requirements/Education:
- Minimum BA with 3 years marketing experience in the food industry, bakery a plus.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, ExcelPowerPoint
- Minimum knowledge of Creative and design, Adobe and photoshop or others
- Minimum knowledge of AI and Copilot, Gamma, and others.
- Bi-lingual a plus
