Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Certificate
- Licensure in the state of California as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Ability to practice leadership, interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork, quality improvement and professionalism
- Current California RN license
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA), NIHS Stroke upon hire and maintain current
- CPI/AB508 upon hire
- NRP preferred
- Proficiency in both written and oral English
- Basic Dysrhythmia certificate preferred
- Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferred.
