Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the planning and execution of high-profile events.
- Assist in coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including conferences, summits, internal meetings, brand activations, and client hospitality experiences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, travel arrangements, accommodations, audiovisual production, shipping, and on-site support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Sales, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment on event objectives, branding, and messaging.
- Support all phases of event planning by maintaining project timelines, production schedules, budgets, run-of-show documents, and event checklists.
- Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, RSVP tracking, and post-event surveys and reporting.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, contracts, invoices, and administrative records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and event standards.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, attendee management, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up as needed.
