While maintaining responsibility for executive operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics, the Executive Business Partner will play a critical role in driving alignment, facilitating communication, and ensuring follow-through on key business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a highly trusted advisor with exceptional business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This individual will serve as the executive's right hand—helping translate priorities into action, managing critical communications, debriefing meetings, tracking commitments, and creating leverage across the organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the executive, helping maximize effectiveness, focus, and execution across business priorities.
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with exceptional attention to detail and foresight.
- Prepare the executive for meetings by providing briefings, background materials, key talking points, and actionable insights.
- Attend select meetings, capture key decisions and action items, debrief the executive on outcomes, and drive accountability for follow-through.
- Act as a central communication hub between the executive, leadership team, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to coordinate priorities, initiatives, and executive-level deliverables.
- Draft, review, and manage executive communications, presentations, and business materials on behalf of the executive.
- Monitor organizational priorities, identify risks or competing demands, and proactively recommend solutions to optimize executive effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure critical projects, decisions, and commitments remain on track.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, with increasing responsibility as a strategic partner, Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, or Chief of Staff-level support professional.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor and extension of an executive leader.
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and connect day-to-day activities to broader business objectives.
- Proven experience managing complex priorities, competing demands, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving meeting preparation, follow-up, action tracking, and executive accountability processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and executive productivity platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering directly with C-level executives within high-growth, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving organizations.
- Previous experience working within an Executive Office, Chief of Staff organization, or executive leadership team environment.
- Experience supporting executive communications, board-level materials, strategic planning processes, or cross-functional business initiatives.
- Demonstrated success navigating organizational complexity and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Background in technology, software, SaaS, private equity-backed, or similarly high-performance environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Executive Operations Partner Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a executive operations partner in Florida?
Most executive operations partners in Florida enter the role through a combination of a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field and progressive experience in senior administrative or operations roles. Florida does not require a state-issued license for this position, but candidates who hold credentials such as a Project Management Professional certification or a Certified Administrative Professional designation gain a measurable hiring advantage with large Florida employers in healthcare, hospitality, and financial services.
Which companies hire executive operations partners in Florida?
Employers hiring executive operations partners in Florida right now include AJAIA, Kaseya, and Talent Cybers, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Florida's concentration of corporate headquarters in industries like healthcare, hospitality, and real estate services means sustained demand for this role across the state's largest metro markets.
Which Florida cities have the most executive operations partner jobs?
Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Saint Petersburg have the most executive operations partner openings in Florida. Miami's density of financial services firms and multinational headquarters, Tampa's growing corporate campus ecosystem, and Orlando's large healthcare and hospitality employers each drive consistent demand, making those metros the primary hiring centers while suburban markets like Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville contribute additional volume.
Are there remote executive operations partner jobs in Florida?
Yes, though they are more selective than fully office-based roles. About 0% of executive operations partner openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the role's mix of in-person executive coordination and desk-based strategic work. The analytical, reporting, and project management components of the role tend to be the most remote-compatible, while direct C-suite support duties typically require an on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a executive operations partner in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a senior executive assistant or operations coordinator role at a large Florida employer, then building toward the partner title through demonstrated project ownership and leadership exposure. Florida healthcare systems like AdventHealth and HCA Florida, and hospitality groups like Darden Restaurants, run structured operations associate and administrative leadership development programs that serve as practical on-ramps. Earning a Project Management Professional certification or completing a business operations certificate through a Florida university strengthens a candidate's profile considerably before making the move into an executive operations partner seat.
Where can I find and apply to executive operations partner jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to executive operations partner jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings updated in real time. Search for roles that match your experience level, preferred metro, and industry focus, then apply directly to the ones that fit your background.
