Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a part-time, hands-on role responsible for maintaining company facilities, equipment, and vehicles to ensure safe, clean, and fully operational environments. This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and small improvement projects across multiple locations, including brewery, kitchen, and taproom operations.

Multiple locations (Middletown, DE & Rehoboth Beach, DE)
Generally weekday, daytime hours
Flexible, variable schedule (< 20 hours per week)
Same-day responsiveness expected
No regular on-call or after-hours requirement
Role Purpose
Ensure both company locations, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained, safe, and operational by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and small improvement projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on facilities, equipment, and systems
Diagnose and repair building, mechanical, and equipment issues
Maintain brewery, kitchen, and taproom equipment
Perform general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Perform various cleaning projects (power washing, floor scrubber, etc.)
Support delivery vehicle maintenance
Complete small projects and improvements
Conduct inspections and identify issues proactively
Support vendor coordination
Maintain safe, clean work environments
Performance Expectations
Preventative maintenance completed consistently
Facilities and equipment remain operational
Repairs completed correctly with minimal repeat issues
