ChristianaCare is seeking a strategic, high-impact Director of Operations, Ambulatory Specialty Network to lead operations across multiple specialty ambulatory sites and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and executives to drive access, growth, quality, patient experience, operational excellence, and financial performance across the network.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead multi-specialty ambulatory operations across a regional network.
- Champion an exceptional patient, caregiver and consumer experience.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve access, quality, safety, efficiency, and growth.
- Standardize workflows and operational best practices across sites.
- Build and lead high-performing teams focused on engagement and accountability.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement innovative solutions and new models of care.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, capital planning, and operational results.
- Use data and key performance indicators to drive measurable outcomes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION
Annual Compensation Range $100,152.00 - $160,243.20
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
