JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Family Medicine Physician at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages - from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, focusing on long-term, preventive care. This is a full-time permanent position, offering the opportunity to establish strong patient relationships and contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of our community.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care, focusing on preventive health and wellness.

Conduct routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues.

Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, and nurses to form a high performing medical team.

Perform diagnostic tests to obtain information about patients' medical conditions.

Interpret diagnostic tests, develop, and implement treatment plans.

Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.

Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as required.

Provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention to patients.

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Stay updated with advancements in medicine and integrate them into patient treatment plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Family Medicine residency.

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.

A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Medicine Physician.

Proven experience in diagnostic testing and internal medicine.

Strong understanding and passion for preventive care and wellness.

Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills.

A strong commitment to patient safety and privacy.
-
Ability to work within a team and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
-
Valid and active medical license in the state of practice.
-
Current DEA license.
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

COMPENSATION
- Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year
- Amazing salary range along with production bonuses, 4 weeks gifted PTO, access to healthcare, 401k, and life insurance.
