Who's Hiring

Field Manager Jobs in Minneapolis: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a field manager job in Minneapolis?
The strongest path into a field manager role in Minneapolis is through the city's construction and infrastructure sectors, where project volume in neighborhoods like Northeast Minneapolis and the Warehouse District drives consistent demand. Employers here favor candidates who can show direct supervisory experience and familiarity with local subcontractor networks. A background in utilities, commercial build-out, or facilities work gives you a clear edge over generalist applicants in this market.
Which companies hire field managers in Minneapolis?
Minneapolis field manager roles are posted by Philips, Myriad360, and 2020 Companies and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The hiring mix in Minneapolis skews toward regional contractors, facilities management firms, and utility operators with operations tied to the Twin Cities metro.
Are there remote field manager jobs in Minneapolis?
Yes, but only for a subset of the role. Field manager work is largely hands-on and site-dependent, so fully remote positions are uncommon. About 100% of field manager openings tied to Minneapolis are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those tend to cover scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination rather than direct on-site supervision. Minneapolis-based employers in environmental services and telecom are most likely to offer hybrid arrangements for the administrative side of the job.
How can I get a field manager job in Minneapolis with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Minneapolis is through an assistant field coordinator or crew lead role with a regional construction or facilities firm, where you can build direct supervisory hours before stepping into a full field manager title. Minneapolis employers in commercial property management and urban infrastructure often promote from within, so targeting companies with active projects in areas like the Midtown Greenway corridor or North Loop redevelopment zones can put you in front of hiring managers looking for motivated candidates to develop.
