About The Position
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation & Field Marketing, you'll own the day-to-day execution of our field event program across North America. This is a high-ownership, detail-obsessed role for someone who thrives on logistics, keeps a dozen plates spinning without dropping one, and gets genuine satisfaction from an event that runs flawlessly. You'll partner closely with the Americas sales team to develop and execute field plans that put us in front of the right accounts.
The objective of this role is simple: build pipeline. Every program, event, invitation, and follow-up should ladder up to qualified opportunities and revenue impact — and you'll be measured on the pipeline your programs generate.
This is a fast-moving team in a fast-moving market. We're looking for a do-what-it-takes operator who is adaptable, resourceful, and can roll with the punches — someone who stays calm when a venue falls through the day before an event, reprioritizes on the fly, and finds a way to get it done.
This is a hybrid role (not remote). We're looking for someone based in the San Francisco Bay Area who can commit to being in the office 3 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Americas sales team to develop and execute regional field plans that build pipeline in priority accounts and territories.
- Own end-to-end execution of events across North America — from the region's large, strategic events to meetups, roundtables, and smaller field events — partnering with the field to ensure everything runs flawlessly on the ground.
- Manage venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution.
- Handle attendee registration, invitations, and CRM data hygiene.
- Manage the event toolkit, swag inventory, and asset coordination.
- Support and utilize integrated regional campaigns — webinars, email invitations, and targeted outreach — to drive pipeline for the AMER region.
- Track event spend against budget and flag risks proactively.
- Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up with the SDR/BDR teams to convert attendees into qualified meetings.
- Build post-event recaps that report attendance, pipeline sourced and influenced, and lessons learned for the next program.
- Partner with sales on timely follow-up and track event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline to measure program impact.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations — ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a genuine love for logistics: you build the checklist, then check it twice.
- Strong written and verbal communication (over communication is key); comfortable coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and prospects.
- Hands-on familiarity with a CRM and marketing automation stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong) and a bias for clean, reliable data.
- Budget-conscious mindset with the confidence to raise a flag early when spend or timelines are at risk.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Boston area, able to work a hybrid schedule from one of our offices.
- Willingness to travel for on-site event execution across North America (roughly 20–30%, varying by season).
Who You Are
- Do-what-it-takes: you own outcomes, not just tasks, and you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Adaptable and unflappable: plans change, things break, and you roll with the punches without losing the thread.
- Resourceful problem-solver: you find creative, scrappy solutions and make decisions with the information you have.
- Bias for action: you move fast, follow through, and sweat the details that make an event feel effortless.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering).
- Familiarity with event platforms and tools such as Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
- Prior exposure to running field programs across multiple US and Canadian markets.
Why You'll Love It Here
You'll join a demand gen team that treats field marketing as a growth driver, not an afterthought — with real budget, real ownership, and a direct line to pipeline impact. You'll see the results of your work in the room, in the CRM, and in the deals that follow. We offer competitive compensation, meaningful career growth, and a culture that values people who sweat the details.
Cultural Fit
We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation and rewards
- The salary range for this role is $75-000- $90,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
- Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time and paid time off.
Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
