Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule field jobs in collaboration with management to align with business priorities and timelines
- Confirm job details, schedules, and requirements with on-site staff and field technicians
- Lead, manage, and support field technicians to ensure productivity, accountability, and quality of work
- Oversee job progress and ensure all projects are completed accurately, on time, and to company standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Identify operational issues or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep work on track
- Conduct field visits as needed to assess job sites, understand challenges, and resolve incomplete or delayed work
- Serve as a key liaison between office management and field teams to maintain clear communication
- Track job status, performance metrics, and completion reports
- Support continuous improvement of field operations, workflows, and processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field operations, project coordination, or operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to be hands-on when needed
- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as required
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, or similar systems
