JOB DETAILS
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple care centers, balancing corporate oversight and on-site presence
- Drive growth initiatives, including provider expansion and M&A activity
- Oversee financial performance with full P&L responsibility and budgeting oversight
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CMS standards
- Champion patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and risk management programs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Master of Business Administration (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of practice management experience
- Proven multi-site leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen with exposure to revenue cycle management
- Demonstrated ability to lead within a physician partner model and drive change
