As a technical leader, you will act as a hands-on authority throughout the software development life cycle. You will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable full-stack applications, bridging the gap between complex business logic, modern React.js front-end experiences, and high-performance data warehousing. What you’ll own as a Full Stack Lead Developer
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the primary Full Stack Subject Matter Expert (SME), establishing engineering best practices, conducting rigorous code reviews, and providing mentorship to help junior and mid-level engineers excel.
Full-Stack Engineering: Architect and build secure, high-performance applications using Java/Spring Boot for back-end services and React.js for responsive, modern user interfaces.
Data Layer Architecture: Design and optimize complex program specifications to ensure seamless, high-speed interaction between UI components, backend APIs, and the Snowflake data layer.
Agile Governance: Actively lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to transform complex business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage velocity, and remove blockers.
Security & Compliance: Drive architectural decisions regarding secure credential management and API security, ensuring all development aligns with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards.
Testing & Validation: Oversee comprehensive multi-level unit and integration testing to ensure absolute data accuracy across intricate partner hierarchies.
What you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience in full-stack design and software development.
3+ years of success in a technical lead or mentorship capacity.
