WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE
Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year, including anticipating seasonal needs and fostering a high-performing, retention-focused team culture
Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement while demonstrating a strong passion for operations, organization and process execution
Own and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability for delivering exceptional consumer service, accurate POS management, organized stock rooms with timely replenishment, precise pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, and consistent store cleanliness and recovery standards
Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of daily responsibilities
Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Must be 18 years or older
4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of the position
Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with store teams, field leaders, and corporate partners
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function

Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor

Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
