- Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff to meet business needs while optimizing labor costs.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on food production, customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and positive guest experiences.
