What You'll Do
As a Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, leading field operations from kickoff through closeout.
Lead the Jobsite
- Direct daily field operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Develop and manage project schedules to keep work progressing on time
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for maximum efficiency
- Plan work sequencing and proactively resolve field challenges
- Represent VMG in meetings with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project partners
Champion Safety
- Promote a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility
- Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and VMG safety standards
- Identify and resolve hazards while investigating incidents and near misses
Deliver Quality
- Ensure installations meet project specifications, code requirements, and VMG quality expectations
- Monitor workmanship and maintain accountability for project performance

Manage Project Performance
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, schedules, and documentation accurately
- Track labor productivity, project costs, invoices, and subcontractor performance
