Brand Partnerships Manager Green Card Jobs
Brand Partnerships Manager roles qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship when employers file a PERM labor certification with the DOL, demonstrating no qualified U.S. workers are available. Employers in media, tech, and consumer brands regularly sponsor this role. Sponsorship leads to permanent residency, not a temporary visa status.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Brand Partnerships Manager
Target employers with PERM filing history
Search the OFLC Foreign Labor Certification Data Center for Brand Partnerships Manager or similar marketing manager job titles. Employers who have filed PERM for this role before are far more likely to sponsor again than those with no history.
Use Migrate Mate to filter roles by sponsorship intent
Search by job title and filter for employers with active green card sponsorship history on Migrate Mate. This cuts time spent applying to roles where sponsorship is unlikely and surfaces companies already familiar with the PERM process.

Find Brand Partnerships Manager JobsBrand Partnerships Manager Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Brand Partnerships Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship?
Both categories are possible. EB-2 applies when the employer requires an advanced degree or when you hold a bachelor's plus five years of progressive specialized experience. EB-3 covers the same role when the minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree. The employer's job description and your credentials determine which category fits, and USCIS reviews both the role and the individual's qualifications at the I-140 stage.
How does green card sponsorship for this role differ from H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B is temporary and subject to an annual lottery with no guarantee of selection. A PERM-based green card has no annual cap at the EB-3 level for most countries, and it results in permanent residency rather than renewable temporary status. The tradeoff is timeline: PERM labor certification alone typically takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 is even filed, whereas H-1B processing can be faster for initial work authorization.
What does the PERM labor certification process look like for this role?
Your employer files an ETA Form 9089 with the DOL after completing a mandatory recruitment period, which includes advertising the role and documenting that no minimally qualified U.S. workers applied. The DOL reviews the filing and, if certified, the employer submits an I-140 immigrant petition to USCIS. You then apply for adjustment of status or consular processing to obtain your green card once a visa number is available.
How do I find Brand Partnerships Manager jobs where employers are open to green card sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is filtering by employers with documented PERM filing history for marketing and partnerships roles. Migrate Mate surfaces jobs specifically from companies with active green card sponsorship history, so you can focus your search on employers already familiar with the PERM process rather than cold-applying and asking about sponsorship during interviews.
Can I negotiate the PERM timeline into my employment offer?
Yes, and doing so early matters. PERM labor certification typically takes 12 to 18 months at the DOL, followed by I-140 adjudication at USCIS. Starting the process in your first year locks in an earlier priority date, which affects your place in the green card queue. Raising this during the offer stage, rather than after onboarding, ensures your employer understands the timeline and has budget approved for filing fees and legal counsel.
