Digital Product Management Green Card Jobs
Digital Product Management roles at U.S. tech, fintech, and enterprise software companies qualify for EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship under PERM labor certification. Employers document that no qualified U.S. worker is available before filing your I-140 immigrant petition, putting you on a path to permanent residency rather than repeated visa renewals.

- Shape domain-level differentiation through software and connected services
- Align with broader Carrier digital platform and data initiatives
Execution at Scale
- Establish disciplined roadmap governance across multiple workstreams
- Oversee backlog prioritization and release sequencing
- Ensure technical scalability, reliability, and performance
- Balance speed with operational rigor
Business & Commercial Impact
- Define and own domain-level KPIs tied to connected penetration, adoption, service efficiency, and revenue enablement
- Build and defend business cases for digital investments
- Partner with Commercial and Finance leaders to deliver measurable ROI
- Drive connected asset growth across both portfolios
Technical & Systems Leadership
- Engage deeply in architecture decisions across firmware, IoT connectivity, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations
- Ensure seamless integration into Carrier’s broader digital ecosystem (Smart Home App, Service Tools, Portals, Analytics Platforms)
- Champion scalable, reusable platform components
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and elevate Product Managers
- Raise the bar on product discovery, prioritization, and outcome accountability
- Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and disciplined execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of product management experience in complex, connected, or technical B2B environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning strategy and execution across a meaningful product domain
- Prior experience leading and developing Product Managers
- Strong technical fluency across IoT systems, hardware-software integration, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship in Digital Product Management
Document your product credentials before applying
PERM requires your employer to prove your qualifications match the job's posted requirements exactly. Gather degree transcripts, product certifications, and a portfolio of launched features now so your credentials align with the role description before the labor certification is filed.
Target companies with active PERM filing history
Larger technology, fintech, and enterprise software employers file PERM regularly for product roles and have established immigration programs. Prioritize companies where product management is a defined career track, not a hybrid role, since PERM requires a clearly bounded specialty occupation.
Search verified sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Digital Product Management roles by employers with confirmed green card sponsorship history. That narrows your search to companies already familiar with PERM timelines and I-140 filings for this specific occupation.
Check prevailing wage before negotiating your offer
Your employer must pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location throughout the PERM process. Run the OFLC Wage Search for your specific product management job title and metro area so you can spot offers that fall below the required wage level.
Clarify EB-2 versus EB-3 eligibility with your employer early
If your role requires a master's degree or your employer can justify an advanced-degree requirement, EB-2 may shorten your priority date wait for most countries. Confirm which category the employer intends to file under before accepting an offer, since changing classifications mid-process restarts the PERM clock.
Request concurrent I-140 and I-485 filing when eligible
Once your priority date is current, ask your employer to file your I-140 immigrant petition and I-485 adjustment of status concurrently. USCIS allows this, and it lets you apply for an Employment Authorization Document while the I-140 is still pending, giving you work flexibility sooner.

Find Digital Product Management JobsDigital Product Management Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Do Digital Product Management roles qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Digital Product Management positions qualify under EB-3 as a professional role requiring a bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, business, or engineering. If the role requires a master's degree or a bachelor's plus at least five years of progressive product experience, your employer can file under EB-2. The qualifying tier depends on how the employer defines the job's minimum requirements in the PERM labor certification.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for product managers?
H-1B status is temporary and subject to an annual lottery, meaning your authorization can end even if you perform well. PERM-based green card sponsorship has no annual cap at the EB-3 level for most countries and results in permanent residency rather than a renewable status. The tradeoff is time: PERM labor certification, I-140 approval, and priority date waiting can take two to five years or longer depending on your country of birth.
What does the PERM labor certification process actually require for my employer?
Your employer must conduct a DOL-supervised recruitment process, post the role publicly, and document that no qualified U.S. worker applied and was rejected for lawful reasons. The job description used in PERM must match the duties and minimum requirements of your actual role. Any mismatch between the posted requirements and what you actually do can result in a DOL audit, so accuracy in defining the product manager role is critical before filing.
Where can I find Digital Product Management jobs that sponsor green cards?
Migrate Mate lets you search Digital Product Management roles filtered by employers with confirmed employment-based green card sponsorship history. Because not every employer that hires product managers also files PERM petitions, filtering by actual sponsorship history saves you from applying to companies that will redirect you to an H-1B or decline to sponsor altogether.
Can I change jobs while my green card application is in progress?
Once your I-140 is approved and your I-485 has been pending for at least 180 days, you can change employers under AC21 portability rules, provided the new role is in the same or a similar occupational classification. For product management, a move from one technology company to another in a comparable product role generally qualifies. Changing to a significantly different function, such as engineering or operations management, may put portability at risk.
