Endpoint Engineer Green Card Jobs
Endpoint Engineer roles qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Employers file a PERM labor certification with DOL before sponsoring you for permanent residency, making this one of the more direct paths to a U.S. green card in enterprise IT.

INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1977 as the Senior Care Action Network, SCAN began with a simple but radical idea: that older adults deserve to stay healthy and independent. That belief was championed by a group of community activists we still honor today as the “12 Angry Seniors.” Their mission continues to guide everything we do.
Today, SCAN is a nonprofit health organization serving more than 500,000 people across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington, with over $8 billion in annual revenue. With nearly five decades of experience, we have built a distinctive, values-driven platform dedicated to improving care for older adults.
Our work spans Medicare Advantage, fully integrated care models, primary care, care for the most medically and socially complex populations, and next-generation care delivery models. Across all of this, we are united by a shared commitment: combining compassion with discipline, innovation with stewardship, and growth with integrity.
At SCAN, we believe scale should strengthen—not dilute—our mission. We are building the future of care for older adults, grounded in purpose, accountability, and respect for the people and communities we serve.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as an Endpoint Engineer
Document your endpoint specializations before applying
Gather certifications, project records, and performance reviews that demonstrate expertise in specific platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or CrowdStrike. PERM audits often scrutinize whether your credentials genuinely match the job requirements filed with DOL.
Target employers with active PERM filing history
Large enterprises in finance, healthcare, and defense regularly sponsor Endpoint Engineers because device management is a compliance requirement, not a discretionary function. Search Migrate Mate to find companies with documented green card sponsorship activity in IT infrastructure roles.
Verify your role maps to the right SOC code
Endpoint Engineer positions typically fall under SOC 15-1212 (Information Security Analysts) or 15-1244 (Network and Computer Systems Administrators). Confirm your duties match before the PERM is filed, because misclassification can trigger a DOL audit and delay your case by months.
Check prevailing wage requirements before negotiating your offer
Your employer must pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for your SOC code and work location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the Level I through Level IV wage for your specific metro area before you finalize compensation discussions with a hiring manager.
Understand the EB-2 versus EB-3 tier difference for your background
If you hold a master's degree in cybersecurity or information systems, your employer can file under EB-2, which may reduce your priority date wait in certain countries. A bachelor's degree typically routes the petition through EB-3, which carries no annual cap concerns for many nationalities.
Prepare for the PERM recruitment documentation phase
Before filing your PERM, your employer must run a mandatory recruitment process and prove no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. You don't control this step, but knowing USCIS can audit it means you should keep copies of your original job offer letter and any written communications about your role.

Find Endpoint Engineer JobsEndpoint Engineer Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Endpoint Engineer role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Endpoint Engineer positions qualify for EB-3 sponsorship because they typically require a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. If the role requires a master's degree or the candidate holds one and it's deemed necessary by the employer, EB-2 sponsorship may apply. Your employer's attorney will determine the appropriate category when drafting the PERM application.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B is a temporary nonimmigrant visa capped at 85,000 slots annually and subject to a lottery. PERM-based green card sponsorship has no annual lottery and results in permanent residency rather than a time-limited status. The tradeoff is timeline: PERM labor certification alone can take six to twelve months before your employer even files the I-140 petition with USCIS, making the total green card process significantly longer than an H-1B approval.
What does the PERM process actually require from an Endpoint Engineer candidate?
Your employer drives the PERM process: they define the minimum job requirements, pay for a DOL-supervised recruitment campaign, and certify no qualified U.S. workers were available. Your role is to confirm your credentials match what was filed. Discrepancies between your actual qualifications and the PERM job description can trigger an audit, so review the filing carefully before it's submitted.
How do I find employers who sponsor green cards for Endpoint Engineer roles?
Search Migrate Mate to identify companies with a documented history of sponsoring employment-based green cards in IT infrastructure and endpoint management roles. Not every employer advertising an Endpoint Engineer role is set up to handle PERM filings, so filtering specifically for sponsorship-ready employers at the outset saves significant time in your job search.
Can an Endpoint Engineer use an O*NET profile to strengthen a PERM application?
Yes. The O*NET profile for your SOC code lists the knowledge areas, tools, and tasks associated with the role, which employers and immigration attorneys reference when drafting PERM job descriptions. If your resume and certifications align closely with the O*NET framework for your specific code, it strengthens the consistency of your PERM filing and reduces the risk of a DOL audit challenging the job requirements.
