- Proficiency in SFDC Administrative Task like creating profiles, roles, users, email services, approval processes, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, tasks, events, change sets.
- Experience in data migration and integrating using Data Loader.
- Experience in data backup based on business requirements.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, entity relationships, and converting to Salesforce custom objects, lookup relationships, master-detail relationships.
- Proficient in designing customer formula fields, roll-up summary fields, field dependencies, field updates, and email generation according to requirements.
- Knowledge of Apex Trigger, Apex Class, Apex Test Methods, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, SOSL, Web services.
- Configure and maintain user security permissions according to organizational needs.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification in Health Cloud.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in planning, coordination, and execution of the deployment of software applications to various environments, such as production, testing, and development.
