Role Description
The Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH, responsible for leading complex mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role oversees project strategy, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contractual compliance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The Project Executive mentors project managers and teams, coordinates with internal engineering, construction, and service groups, and builds strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes reviewing project performance, approving major scopes and changes, supporting bid and proposal efforts, and resolving critical project issues.
