About us
Solar Landscape is the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S. Only 4% of commercial rooftops host solar today — we’re changing that, fast. Commercial rooftop solar is the fastest, smartest way to build new clean power — delivering megawatts of generation in months, not years, and powering America’s energy and future right where it’s needed most. By turning rooftops into local power plants, we’re reshaping how — and how fast — energy gets built in the U.S. Recognized as the #1 Distributed Generation Developer by New Project Media, the #1 National Commercial Rooftop Solar Developer by Solar Power World, and winner of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Grand Prize for Clean Energy, Solar Landscape is defining the future of energy generation in America. Headquartered in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Solar Landscape has offices in Chicago, Baltimore, and New York City and operates in over a dozen states nationwide. We move fast, solve hard problems, and take our work seriously — but never ourselves. We value clear thinking, accountability, and execution. At the same time, we’re collaborative by default, and believe the best work happens when people enjoy working together. Our team is made up of smart, grounded people who show up for each other — whether that’s troubleshooting a system design or catching up over lunch. If you’re looking to do meaningful work in a high-performance environment — and be part of the team reshaping how energy gets built in the U.S. — we’d love to meet you.

Align your degree to the role
USCIS scrutinizes whether your degree field directly supports the specialty occupation claim. A degree in project management, business administration, or MIS strengthens your petition far more than a general liberal arts credential for this title.
Search LCA filings by SOC code
Project Management Analysts are classified under SOC code 13-1082. Use the OFLC Wage Search to filter Labor Condition Applications by that code and identify which employers have certified LCAs recently, signaling active H-1B sponsorship intent.
Target consulting firms with cap-exempt clients
Consulting firms that place you at a university or nonprofit hospital may qualify as cap-exempt employers, letting you bypass the lottery entirely. Confirm the end client's status with your employer before accepting an offer.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsors
Filter your Project Management Analyst job search on Migrate Mate by DOL Labor Condition Application history to surface employers who have actively sponsored this role, not just posted it. It removes the guesswork before you apply.
Request premium processing before your OPT expires
USCIS premium processing guarantees a 15-business-day adjudication decision. If you're on OPT with a closing expiration date, file with premium processing so your cap-gap protection doesn't become your only safety net.
Clarify the wage level before signing an offer
Your employer must certify a prevailing wage on the LCA. The DOL assigns Levels I through IV based on experience and supervisory duties. Verify your offered salary meets at least the Level I threshold for your metro area using the OFLC Wage Search.

Find Project Management Analyst JobsProject Management Analyst H-1B Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Project Management Analyst role qualify as an H-1B specialty occupation?
Yes, when the employer's job requirements specify at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business administration, management information systems, or industrial engineering. The key is that the degree requirement must be tied to the specific duties of the role, not stated as a general preference. USCIS may issue an RFE if the job description is broad or accepts any bachelor's degree field.
Which industries sponsor H-1B visas for Project Management Analyst positions most consistently?
Management consulting firms, enterprise software companies, financial services institutions, and large healthcare systems file the most LCAs for this role. Consulting firms in particular often have structured H-1B programs because they hire analysts in volume. Use Migrate Mate to search employers by verified LCA filing history for this specific occupation rather than relying on general reputation.
What happens to my H-1B status if my Project Management Analyst role shifts to a different job function?
If your core duties change materially, your employer must file an amended H-1B petition before the change takes effect. Moving from analyst work into full project leadership with budget authority or direct reports can trigger a new LCA at a higher wage level and a new I-129 filing. Confirm with your employer whether a role expansion requires an amendment so your status remains valid.
Can I work for multiple employers as a Project Management Analyst on H-1B?
Yes, through concurrent H-1B employment. Each additional employer must file a separate H-1B petition approved by USCIS before you begin work for them. This is common in consulting contexts where analysts work across clients, but each petitioning employer must independently establish specialty occupation and certify the applicable prevailing wage for their worksite location.
How do I verify the prevailing wage for a Project Management Analyst position in my metro area?
The DOL assigns prevailing wages by SOC code, job zone, and geographic area. Project Management Analysts fall under SOC 13-1082. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the four wage levels for your specific metro area. Your employer's LCA must certify at least the wage level that corresponds to your experience and responsibilities, and you can cross-reference national data using the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics program.
