The following challenges await you:
- Hire, train, and oversee a sales team of 4–6 Area Managers in collaboration with HR, CCO, and Clinical.
- Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing professional development programs, including performance reviews, values, and behavioral expectations.
- Set individual and team sales goals aligned with company objectives and regularly review progress to ensure achievement or exceedance of targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Identify high-potential markets and targets using Acuity, Definitive Health, and other data modalities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales efforts align with company-wide goals and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and national accounts.
- Partner with the Senior National Accounts Director to identify and execute GPO and contract opportunities.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to leadership on agreed-upon timelines.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company guidelines, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Your Profile:
- BS/BA in related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in wound care field with 1–3 years of progressive responsible positions
- Prefer 3–4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
- 1–3 years in Sales leadership roles
- Experience with skin substitutes preferred.
- Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
