- Familiarity with UiPath components, including Orchestrator, Queues, and related infrastructure setup.
- Experience working with data mapping and transformation, including understanding complex data relationships and business rules.
- Strong leadership skills and experience collaborating with Application Development, Quality Assurance, and Automation teams.
- Experience working with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and present technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
