H-1B1 Chile Visa Enterprise Account Executive Jobs
Enterprise Account Executive jobs with H-1B1 Chile visa sponsorship are accessible to Chilean nationals without a lottery or USCIS petition. The 1,400-visa annual cap rarely fills, and your application goes directly to the U.S. consulate, so you can target B2B sales roles at U.S. companies without the uncertainty that comes with H-1B visa.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Uber Health is one of the fastest-growing segments within Uber for Business. The Enterprise Account Executive, Uber Health role is a full-cycle sales position responsible for acquiring and growing complex healthcare organizations across the mid-market segment.
This role requires strong discovery, executive-level communication, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups. You will own large deal sizes, long sales cycles, and detailed implementations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
The primary focus will be selling Uber Health's suite of solutions to behavioral health, IDD organizations, occupational health, home health, and other multi-site healthcare providers.
- Build and own the end-to-end sales cycle for complex healthcare organizations, from the first cold outreach to the final contract signature.
- Navigate the high-pressure environment of executive buying groups—aligning stakeholders across finance, compliance, and clinical leadership who often have competing priorities.
- Uncover the "messy" operational reality of your clients through deep discovery, identifying exactly where their current transportation or delivery workflows are failing.
- Structure and negotiate creative, high-value deals (250K+ ARR) while collaborating with Legal, Product, and Ops to manage trade-offs and internal friction.
- Lead cross-functionally to ensure a seamless transition from "closed-won" to program launch, staying personally accountable for early adoption and customer success.
- Drive predictable revenue outcomes by maintaining a disciplined, data-backed pipeline in Salesforce, even when market dynamics shift.
- Scale Uber Health's footprint by identifying expansion opportunities post-launch, turning initial wins into long-term strategic partnerships.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience in a full-cycle capacity.
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with cycles spanning several months.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Specific experience selling into healthcare, health tech, or similarly regulated environments.
- Experience selling enterprise-level deals ($250K+ ARR) or integrated API solutions.
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to build and forecast from complex data sets (Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus).
- Adaptability to consumption-based revenue models where growth depends on ongoing usage and adoption.

Translate your sales credentials for U.S. employers
Chilean enterprise sales certifications and quota attainment records don't automatically map to U.S. expectations. Reframe your track record in terms of ARR, ACV, and sales cycle length so hiring managers immediately recognize the scope of your experience.
Target industries with consistent H-1B1 LCA filings
SaaS, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure companies file Labor Condition Applications for H-1B1 Chile holders most consistently. Focusing your outreach on these verticals puts you in front of HR teams already familiar with your visa category and its consular-only process.
Search verified H-1B1 Chile sponsorship roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Enterprise Account Executive openings by employers with confirmed H-1B1 visa Chile LCA history. This surfaces companies that have already navigated the DOL filing process for your visa type, cutting out exploratory conversations with employers unfamiliar with the H-1B1 Chile pathway.
Confirm the prevailing wage tier before negotiating
Your employer's LCA must certify your salary at the DOL prevailing wage for your SOC code and work location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to check the Level II or Level III threshold for your target metro before you receive an offer, so you don't accept below what DOL requires.
Get a written H-1B1 Chile commitment before resigning
Verbal sponsorship intent from a recruiter isn't binding. Request written confirmation that the company will file the LCA with DOL and support your consular application before giving notice to a current employer, since the H-1B1 Chile offer letter is a required consular document.
Prepare your consular packet before your interview date
Unlike H-1B, there's no USCIS approval waiting period. Once your employer's LCA is certified, you schedule directly at the U.S. embassy in Santiago. Gather your certified LCA, offer letter, degree credential, and DS-160 confirmation before booking so you don't lose your appointment slot to document delays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Enterprise Account Executive role qualify as a specialty occupation under the H-1B1 Chile visa?
Yes, provided the employer requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline relevant to the product being sold. Roles where the employer accepts any degree or no degree at all won't qualify. The O*NET profile for sales engineers and enterprise account managers supports the specialty occupation classification when the role involves complex technical solutions.
How is the H-1B1 Chile visa different from H-1B for an Enterprise Account Executive?
The H-1B1 Chile visa skips the lottery entirely and processes at the U.S. consulate in Santiago rather than through USCIS. The 1,400-visa annual cap has never been exhausted, so timing isn't a bottleneck the way it is with H-1B. The trade-off is that H-1B1 Chile doesn't allow dual intent, meaning it's not a direct path to a green card, while H-1B holders can pursue permanent residence concurrently.
How do I find Enterprise Account Executive employers who already sponsor H-1B1 Chile visas?
Migrate Mate lets you filter Enterprise Account Executive roles by employers with verified H-1B1 Chile LCA filing history, so you're only talking to companies that have already worked through the DOL process for your visa category. This avoids the common situation where an employer is open to sponsorship in theory but has no internal process for handling the consular application or LCA certification.
What documents does my employer need to prepare for my H-1B1 Chile consular application?
Your employer must file and receive a certified Labor Condition Application from DOL before your consulate appointment. They then provide you a signed offer letter, the certified LCA, and any supporting documentation confirming the specialty occupation nature of the role. You complete the DS-160 independently and pay the MRV fee. USCIS is not involved in the H-1B1 Chile consular process.
Can I switch Enterprise Account Executive employers while on H-1B1 Chile status in the U.S.?
Yes, but the new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and support a new H-1B1 Chile consular application before you begin work for them. Unlike H-1B portability under AC21, there's no provision that lets you start with a new H-1B1 Chile employer while a transfer petition is pending. Plan the timing carefully to avoid a gap in authorized employment status.
