Job Description
Do you love the craft of email development—turning designs into reliable, high-performing communications that render consistently across clients and devices? Join our Channel Execution Team to lead the technical implementation of our email program, partnering with stakeholders to deliver quality at scale while proactively adopting new AI capabilities.
Job Summary
As an Email Implementation Lead (AI-Enabled), you will be a key player in our Channel Execution Team, responsible for developing, testing, and supporting HTML email communications used across customer journeys. You will serve as the primary contact for email HTML questions, advising stakeholders on feasible approaches and best practices, and translating requirements into reliable, accessible, cross-client-compatible email builds. You'll also utilize AI models/assistants to accelerate development, QA, and documentation while applying strong technical judgment and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates/modules optimized for consistent rendering across major email clients and devices.
- Build and maintain AI-ready modular email templates with consistent taxonomy, tagging, and machine-readable structure to enable automated assembly and safe reuse.
- Implement and govern a template/module metadata standard (naming conventions, required fields, constraints, and versioning) to support AI-assisted content assembly.
- Build and evolve reusable template patterns (clear structure, modular sections, documented rules/constraints) to enable faster iteration and safer reuse.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on email HTML questions, providing clear guidance, options, and tradeoffs.
- Partner with design, marketing, and delivery/operations teams to translate creative concepts into technically sound email solutions and ensure timely execution.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement robust fallbacks (e.g., client-specific constraints, CSS support limitations, dark mode considerations).
- Leverage AI models/assistants to accelerate implementation, refactoring, debugging, and controlled variation generation—validating outputs and ensuring correctness.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and reusable patterns to improve consistency, speed, and quality.
- Apply accessibility-minded email development practices and help teams implement practical solutions within email constraints.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new approaches, tooling enhancements, and process optimizations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong hands-on experience developing HTML emails (not just web pages), including table-based layouts, inline CSS, and client-compatible patterns.
- Proven ability to QA and troubleshoot email rendering issues across common email clients and devices.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts in clear, non-technical terms.
- Solid understanding of how email HTML/CSS capabilities differ from general web development, and ability to guide stakeholders on what is feasible in email.
- Experience using AI models/assistants in a development workflow (prompting, iteration, validation, and responsible use) to improve speed and quality.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset in fast-paced delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Experience building or maintaining modular email template systems/component libraries and related documentation.
- Familiarity with email testing tools/workflows (render testing, link validation, dark mode checks).
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies.
- Understanding of email performance and operational considerations (e.g., build efficiency, maintainability, and handoff readiness).

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Visa Sponsorship as an Implementation Manager
Align your credentials with SOC codes
Implementation Manager roles map to multiple SOC codes depending on the industry. Pull the O*NET profile for your target occupation to confirm the degree field your employer must cite on the LCA, so your credentials match before outreach begins.
Target employers with active LCA filing history
Use Migrate Mate to filter companies that have filed LCAs for implementation and project delivery roles. Employers already familiar with the H-1B1 Chile process move faster and are less likely to stall at the sponsorship conversation.
Clarify the no-lottery advantage early
Many hiring managers assume all work visa sponsorship involves the H-1B lottery and a March registration window. Tell them the H-1B1 Chile is consulate-adjudicated, can be filed any time of year, and doesn't require USCIS petition approval before you start.
Request prevailing wage confirmation before signing
Your employer files the LCA with DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your occupation and work location. Run the OFLC Wage Search yourself for your exact role and city so there are no surprises when the LCA is filed.
Prepare implementation-specific work evidence
Consular officers assess specialty occupation for implementation roles more closely than for engineering titles. Bring statements of work, client-facing deliverables, or project architecture documents that show your role required a specific bachelor's degree field, not general business management.
Plan renewals around project timelines
H-1B1 Chile status is granted in two-year increments with no cap on renewals. If your implementation contract runs longer than your current validity, start the renewal process at least 90 days before expiration so project continuity isn't interrupted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Implementation Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the H-1B1 Chile visa?
Yes, provided the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, or business information technology. Generic project management without a required degree field won't qualify. Your employer documents this requirement in the Labor Condition Application filed with DOL before your consulate appointment.
How do I find employers who actively sponsor H-1B1 Chile visas for Implementation Manager positions?
Migrate Mate surfaces employers with verified LCA filing history for implementation and project delivery roles, so you can target companies that have already navigated the H-1B1 Chile process. Cold outreach to employers who have never sponsored this visa class is slower and often stalls at the legal review stage.
How does the H-1B1 Chile visa compare to the H-1B for an Implementation Manager?
The H-1B1 Chile has no lottery, no USCIS petition requirement, and an annual cap of 1,400 visas that rarely fills, so you can pursue roles year-round without waiting for an April registration window. The trade-off is that H-1B1 Chile does not confer dual intent, meaning it's harder to pursue permanent residence while on this status compared to H-1B.
Can I switch employers mid-project while on H-1B1 Chile status?
Yes, but each employer change requires a new LCA filed with DOL and a new consulate appointment or status update. There's no H-1B-style portability that lets you start with a new employer while a transfer petition is pending, so time your transition carefully and don't resign before your new employer's LCA is certified.
What documents should I bring to the consulate interview for an Implementation Manager role?
Bring your certified LCA, a detailed offer letter specifying your role and degree requirement, transcripts confirming your degree field matches the LCA, and evidence your past work was specialty-occupation-level, such as statements of work or system architecture deliverables. Migrate Mate's filing experts can review your document package before your appointment to flag any gaps specific to implementation roles.
