Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment advertising? Do you want to define how global brands connect with audiences through the world's most talked-about streaming content? As part of the Prime Video Advertising team, you'll get to work on high-impact sponsorship programs that are fast-paced, creatively ambitious, and constantly evolving. You'll build new sponsorship products from the ground up, manage complex cross-functional partnerships, and drive significant revenue by connecting advertisers with Prime Video's content slate. We'll look for you to bring your strategic thinking, operational rigor, and partnership instincts to make Prime Video Advertising's sponsorship business best-in-class for advertisers and viewers alike. With global opportunities across content, advertising, and technology, you can decide where a career with Prime Video takes you.
Prime Video Advertising is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead, Multi-Title to own the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of multi-title sponsorship products. This role is responsible for building and scaling sponsorship packages — including genre-based, seasonal, and event-driven formats — that connect advertisers with curated collections of Prime Video content.
This role sits at the intersection of ad sales and content marketing. You will work closely with Prime Video Marketing, Amazon MGM Studios, and Amazon Ads sales teams to (i) identify multi-title sponsorship opportunities aligned with Prime Video's content and marketing calendar, (ii) strategically package offerings that meet advertiser demand across programming, product, and pricing, (iii) define and manage the cross-functional operating model for sponsorship asset development and campaign execution, and (iv) ensure successful delivery against revenue targets and advertiser expectations.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end strategy for multi-title sponsorship products, developing the annual roadmap by identifying genre and seasonal opportunities that align advertiser demand with Prime Video's content slate
- Own revenue forecasting and planning for multi-title sponsorship products, reporting actuals vs. plan targets and proactively identifying risks with clear mitigation plans
- Develop sponsorship packages with partner teams across content, marketing, creative, and sales — including title selection, creative frameworks, pricing structures, and go-to-market positioning
- Manage the lifecycle of complex multi-title sponsorship deals from concept through execution, coordinating across content selection, asset production, and campaign delivery
- Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact for multi-title sponsorship execution across marketing, studio, creative, and sales teams
- Align planning timelines across partner teams to ensure sponsorship packages are market-ready and sellable within required lead times
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities across partner teams for asset creation, sponsor integration, and custom content development
- Create scalable, long-term mechanisms for sponsorship operations — including standard operating procedures, workback schedules, and intake workflows — that drive efficiency across the organization
- Partner with sales teams to ensure multi-title products are properly trained, positioned, and supported for client-facing conversations; manage pre-sales materials and post-sale execution tracking
- Advocate multi-title sponsorship strategy and revenue opportunity to senior leadership, preparing materials for leadership reviews and authoring strategic documents
- Mentor and develop team members and cross-functional partners on sponsorship products and processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Translate your credentials for U.S. employers
Singapore degrees are accepted as equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degrees, but your transcripts must clearly show a field directly tied to marketing, communications, or business. Ambiguous credentials slow consular review and invite employer hesitation before filing.
Target employers with existing LCA filings
Use Migrate Mate to filter Brand Partnerships Manager roles by employers with verified H-1B1 visa LCA filing history. Employers who've sponsored the role before understand the DOL Labor Condition Application process and won't need hand-holding.
Distinguish brand partnerships from general marketing
Your resume and offer letter must frame the role as requiring specialized, theoretical knowledge, not just experience. Consular officers assess specialty occupation standing, so partnership strategy, co-branding frameworks, and data-driven attribution should feature prominently.
Confirm your offered wage meets prevailing wage levels
Before signing an offer, cross-check your base salary against the DOL OFLC Wage Search for your job title and work location. Your employer's LCA must certify at least the prevailing wage, and underpaying is a filing disqualifier.
Plan your consular appointment before your start date
H-1B1 Singapore applications go directly to the U.S. Embassy in Singapore, not through USCIS. Appointment availability varies, so align your employer on a start date that gives you at least six to eight weeks of lead time after the LCA is certified.
Negotiate a one-year filing buffer into your offer
H-1B1 visa status is granted in one-year increments and must be renewed annually. Ask your employer to confirm they'll initiate renewal filings well before expiry, since a lapse in status interrupts your work authorization with no cap-gap protection like H-1B offers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Brand Partnerships Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for H-1B1 Singapore?
Yes, as long as the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline. The role must be framed around specialized knowledge, not general commercial or account management duties. Your employer confirms this when filing the Labor Condition Application with DOL.
How does the H-1B1 Singapore visa compare to H-1B for this role?
For Singaporean nationals, H-1B1 visa is almost always the faster path. There's no lottery, the 5,400-visa annual cap has never come close to filling, and you apply at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore rather than waiting on USCIS adjudication. The trade-off is that H-1B1 status comes in one-year increments, so your employer must file renewals annually rather than the three-year periods H-1B allows.
How do I find Brand Partnerships Manager roles where employers are ready to sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas?
Search on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by employers with verified H-1B1 and LCA filing history. This narrows your list to companies that have already navigated the specialty occupation and prevailing wage requirements for similar roles, reducing the back-and-forth with HR teams that aren't familiar with the H-1B1 Singapore process.
What does my employer need to file before my H-1B1 Singapore consular appointment?
Your employer must file and receive DOL certification for a Labor Condition Application covering your job title, worksite, and offered wage. The certified LCA is submitted directly to the consulate as part of your visa application package. Unlike H-1B, no USCIS I-129 petition is required, which cuts weeks off the timeline.
Can I switch employers after I'm working in the U.S. on H-1B1 Singapore status?
Yes, but your new employer must file a fresh LCA and you'll need to apply for a new H-1B1 visa before starting work with them. There's no H-1B-style portability that lets you change jobs on a pending petition. Plan for a gap of several weeks between offer acceptance and your earliest authorized start date with the new employer.
