- Assist with day-to-day operational projects, issue resolution, process documentation, and the continuous improvement of logistics workflows.
- Conduct research on industry trends, carrier networks, regulatory requirements, and logistics best practices in the U.S. market.

- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in e-commerce logistics, cross-border logistics, transportation operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information, analyze data, and identify key insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $115200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
