ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform manual labor necessary to prepare, stock, organize, and maintain a retail garden center for the annual spring plant sales season beginning in mid-February. Duties include:
- Unloading and moving nursery stock
- Arranging and displaying plants and merchandise
- Preparing sales areas
- Cleaning and organizing retail spaces
- Setting up benches, tables, signs, irrigation equipment, and displays
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Watering plants
- Weeding display areas
- Applying mulch
- Cleaning containers
- Maintaining walkways
- Assisting with inventory organization
