INTRODUCTION
This job is responsible for leading business unit operations, including process improvements, financials, and operational management. The scope of this job includes portfolio or program management oversight in order to deliver on organizational key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) and achieve optimal business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside the executive team to implement processes and approaches that support achievement of the organization’s strategic business initiatives.
- Establish and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that are in-line with company parameters.
- Create, track, and communicate operational targets and KPIs that support the overall OKRs.
- Assist organizational leaders by establishing a framework to help the business execute its strategies and OKRs.
- Develop accounting systems for quick access to financial data, strategic budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Analyze and interpret financial data for the purpose of improving systems and maximizing overall financial performance.
- Coordinate the annual budget for the business unit or department.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 8-10 years related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4-5 years people management work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in building processes for a call center.
- Knowledge and experience with utilization of AI in healthcare and with call centers.
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
