Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
System One is looking for someone with healthcare claims, medical insurance, benefits, or healthcare operations experience to join an exciting system implementation project!
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and test healthcare claims processing
Validate member eligibility and benefits
Check claims adjudication for accuracy
Identify and document system issues
Help troubleshoot problems with the project team
Learn and work within the QNXT claims system
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Healthcare claims or medical insurance experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning new systems
QA or system testing experience is a plus
* QNXT experience is helpful, but not required
