**Description:**
Seeking an experienced **Remote IT Project Manager** to lead healthcare projects, including Epic modules and third-party applications. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end healthcare IT projects
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate testing, training, and implementation
- Track issues and report progress
- Support business planning and resource allocation
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s in IT, Healthcare, or related field
- Healthcare IT project experience; Epic modules a plus
- PMI certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
