While direct credentialing experience is preferred, a background in healthcare operations, medical administration, or medical office management is necessary. You will spend much of your time managing our healthcare credentialing and compliance processes—we can train you on the industry specifics if you bring the raw intelligence and resourcefulness needed to master complex regulatory systems. The rest of your day will keep you engaged with a variety of essential duties, blending basic accounting, admin, claim processing, mail management, and light facility coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Healthcare Credentialing & Compliance: Lead the application and enrollment processes for our various healthcare companies. Navigate government and insurance portals, manage intensive compliance paperwork, and track down missing elements with absolute accuracy.
- Claims, Mail & Document Management: Act as the physical and digital hub for the office. Securely sort and process incoming mail, scan high volumes of documentation with precision, and actively assist our team in sending out medical claims.
- Basic Accounting Duties: Handle routine financial tasks, including depositing checks, basic data entry, tracking expense receipts, and keeping physical and digital financial records pristine.
- Office & Lab Logistics: Help keep our laboratory facility running smoothly by serving as a point of contact for routine scheduling, coordinating with external vendors, marketing and tracking special operational projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Healthcare Foundations: Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare office management, medical billing support, or a related clinical/administrative environment.
