- Join an established team of 13 physicians and 8 APPs
- 7 on/7 off schedule

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

- Adapt fluidly across specialized clinical shifts, delivering targeted care either as a dedicated admitter managing initial workups and entry into the hospital, or as a rounder managing patients daily through to recovery
- Coordinate seamless patient transitions and discharge plans in close collaboration with the case management team, ensuring safe, well-communicated continuity of care for patients returning home or transitioning to post-acute facilities.
