A Brief Overview
As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you are a business partner and Workday subject matter expert. You are a key member of a vital team dedicated to optimizing our Global HR systems to their fullest potential, which includes system administration and maintenance, process design, user adoption, and end-user training. You are the first point of reference for our HR team and are immersed in our business at large.
This position maintains associate data, provides data changes and migrations, ad hoc and recurring reporting services, and processes data related to the full spectrum of HR activities. They also serve as a technical solutions consultant to the business for any/all projects related to HR data.
What You Will Do:
- Provide a high level of consultation and technical support to all areas of Belron and Safelite's HR function including but not limited to: HRIS, Report Writing and Dashboard Development, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Maintain dashboards and reports, develop custom reports and support the data manipulation and analysis.
- Engage as a consultative partner and project manager, understanding business and functional stakeholder needs, then translating into optimal system configuration and workflows.
- Key business partner/point of contact for new and existing vendors for Workday implementations (on global and local levels).
- Maintain and audit confidential employment records including job, employment history, compensation, payroll, and other related data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Provide system documentation for HRIS and related downstream systems processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and user training. Participate in the development of test plans and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with remote and distributed team members, consultants, implementers, global peers, and end users to complete tasks in alignment with organizational SLAs.
- Provide ongoing process and system configuration improvements that keep the organization's HRIS platform aligned with current and future business needs, anticipating future workforce trends and solutioning proactively.
- Research, test, and implement new features, improvements, and updates. In addition, you’ll participate in evaluating new HR technologies.
- Boost user adoption and capability by troubleshooting issues, helping HR representatives navigate the system, providing training, developing reference and training materials, and maintaining just-in-time guidance to end users.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field Required
- Certification: Workday certifications (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting etc.) strongly preferred. Preferred
- 4-6 years of experience with a variety of global HCM/HRIS solutions, primarily Workday; system implementation, testing, and integration experience preferred Required
- Experience as a Report Writer, with the ability to design and create custom reports and dashboards. Preferred
- Working knowledge of Workday configuration, EIBs, including business process design, configuration, and condition rules. Preferred
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, SharePoint, and Teams especially).
- Working knowledge of system integration concepts (APIs, web services, middleware, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Ability to effectively work in a globally distributed/virtual setting.
