Overview:
The HR Analyst Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in HR analytics, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with HR data, systems, and business partners to help drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and employee engagement)
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Help identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR and business initiatives
- Partner with HR team members on workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, and performance metrics
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS)
- Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance HR operations and reporting efficiency
- Support documentation of HR processes, policies, and data definitions
- Conduct benchmarking and research on industry HR trends and best practices
- Assist with confidential data handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A May 2027 graduate enrolled in an accredited College/University - Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Interest in HR analytics, workforce data, and business insights

- Compensation for this position is $20/hr.
