We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PM Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data across various systems to support operational efficiency and decision-making. Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data within databases, Tekla system, and other software platforms with accuracy and speed.
- Manage large volumes of data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Analyze Excel data sets through basic data analysis techniques to identify discrepancies or trends that support operational goals.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to company policies and data protection standards.
- Perform office-related duties such as filing, document transcription, and word processing to support administrative workflows.
- Support order entry processes by accurately recording customer orders and updating related records in database systems.
- Utilize technical skills such as 10-key typing, data collection, and transcription to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in data entry roles utilizing databases, spreadsheets, or Tekla systems.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word processing and Excel data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office productivity software, filing systems, and basic math skills for data verification purposes.
