Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with property and department leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and workplace concerns.

- Lead and support investigations while ensuring concerns are handled objectively, consistently, professionally, and timely.
- Support recruiting and retention efforts for hourly, supervisory, management, and leadership positions.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure new Team Members and leaders receive a welcoming and organized introduction to the company.

- Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure HR records and practices meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor HR trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement, communication, retention, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain a visible HR presence throughout the operation and build strong relationships with Team Members at all levels.
- Assist with benefits communication, HR systems, reporting, audits, and other HR initiatives.
- Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Human Resources management experience required; hotel, resort, hospitality, or other high-volume service industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and federal, state, and local employment practices.
- Experience handling workplace investigations, corrective actions, performance management, and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement experience.
- Ability to coach and influence managers while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
The Right Person for This Role
You are someone who understands that hospitality HR happens in the operation, not only behind a desk. You are approachable and supportive while still holding leaders and Team Members accountable to company expectations.
You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, developing leaders, improving processes, and helping create a workplace where Team Members feel welcomed, respected, informed, and supported.
Why Join Paramount Hospitality Management?
Join a growing hospitality organization where Human Resources plays an important role in supporting our people, our leaders, and our properties. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact across employee relations, talent acquisition, training, engagement, compliance, and organizational development while partnering closely with hotel leadership.

Human Resources Associate Jobs in Orlando: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a human resources associate job in Orlando?
Focus your search on Orlando's largest hiring sectors: hospitality and theme park operations, healthcare networks, and the growing corporate services hub along Sand Lake Road. Employers in these industries hire human resources associates regularly to support large hourly workforces and high turnover environments. Candidates who bring experience with high-volume recruiting, onboarding workflows, or HR information systems tend to stand out in this market.
Which companies hire human resources associates in Orlando?
Employers hiring human resources associates in Orlando right now include TERREPOWER, Live Nation, and OPAV, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Orlando's mix of large resort operators, regional health systems, and multi-location retail and logistics companies creates steady, year-round demand for HR associate talent across the metro area.
Are there remote human resources associate jobs in Orlando?
Yes, though availability is limited because human resources associate work often involves in-person onboarding, employee relations, and on-site HR support. About 100% of human resources associate openings tied to Orlando are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote options most common in roles focused on HRIS data entry, benefits administration, and recruiting coordination for corporate employers based in the Lake Nona or Sand Lake Road corridors.
How can I get a human resources associate job in Orlando with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Orlando is targeting the hospitality and theme park sector, where large operators regularly hire HR coordinators and administrative associates to manage high-volume hourly workforces. Healthcare systems in the Lake Nona area also hire entry-level HR associates to support clinical staffing teams. A completed HR certificate, familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday or ADP, and any internship experience in employee onboarding or recruiting give candidates a clear edge locally.
