Now Hiring: HR & Scheduling Coordinator
Good Life Healthcare is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a combined HR and Scheduling Coordinator position. Scheduling and documentation are managed through Therap, an electronic healthcare documentation and scheduling software system.
This is a trainable role. The ideal candidate is meticulous, comfortable with technology, willing to learn, and able to follow through consistently.
Responsibilities
Guide new employees through the complete onboarding process
Collect, organize, and track required employment documents
Create and maintain complete, audit-ready employee files
Follow up on missing, incomplete, or expiring documentation
Maintain accurate HR and compliance records
Create, update, and edit employee and client schedules using the Therap app/software
Correct scheduling errors, address coverage gaps, and make necessary changes
Communicate scheduling updates promptly to staff
Qualifications
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Meticulous with paperwork and recordkeeping
Dependable, responsive, and professional
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Comfortable using computers, apps, and other technology
Willing to learn the Therap software system
HR, healthcare, scheduling, or Therap experience is preferred but not required
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The coordinator must be available during evenings and weekends to handle urgent scheduling changes or corrections, via calls from staff members.

$52,000-55,000 per year
