The Information Security Officer position requires IT and Cybersecurity knowledge in financial settings for a small operation of foreign bank branch. IS related certification (i.e. (ISC) 2 SSCP, CISSP, ISACA CISM, CompTIA Security+) a plus. The Officer will be processing reports in both English and Chinese. The responsibilities of the position are as follows.
- Prepare and analyze Cybersecurity Daily Report.
- Weekly clean desk check.
- Handle information security intelligence.
- Prepare IS monthly committee report.
- Prepare quarterly user profile and folder privilege review report.
- Prepare security training material.
- Work with vendors to prepare penetration testing and vulnerability testing report.
- IS audit/examination findings remediation and improvement.
- Third party service provider cybersecurity due diligence/evaluation.
- Cybersecurity risk assessment.
- Cybersecurity policy and program review and update.
- Assist IT assets inventory list.
- Prepare and translate above mentioned IS documents when needed. (Traditional Chinese to English; English to Traditional Chinese)
- Other missions assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
