David J. Louie, Inc. is seeking a motivated Servicing Associate to join our Property & Casualty insurance team. This role supports account managers, producers, and underwriters by handling day-to-day client service needs, ensuring timely and accurate policy servicing, and maintaining a high standard of client communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in the insurance industry.
Requirements:
- Able to work 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals and other policy documents
- Respond promptly to client and broker inquiries regarding policy coverage and documentation
- Communicate with carriers to resolve issues and inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system (Applied EPIC experience a plus)
- Support new business onboarding and renewal workflows
- Provide general administrative support to account managers and producers
Preferred Skills & Qualification:
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task and be able to manage change
- Must be fast at typing (average 60+ wpm)
