Flowon Gutters is hiring Entry-Level Gutter Filter Installation Technicians in the Sacramento area. We are looking for reliable, motivated people who are comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Once training and orientation are completed, you will begin working directly at residential job sites.
Responsibilities:
● Install gutter filter and protection systems on residential homes
● Safely work from ladders and rooftops
● Complete installations efficiently and professionally
● Maintain a clean and safe work area
● Arrive on time and prepared with the required vehicle and equipment
Required Equipment:
● Truck or large SUV capable of safely transporting tools and a ladder
● 24-foot extension ladder
● Handheld angle saw
● Impact drill
● Basic installation tools and sealant equipment
Additional Requirements:
● Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
● Reliable transportation
● Dependable and ready to work
● Able to follow installation and safety instructions
● No gutter installation experience required
Compensation:
● Paid per completed job based on footage installed
● Additional pay for two-story and three-story homes
● Weekly pay
● Mileage reimbursement from the warehouse to the job site
● Strong weekly earning potential based on workload and completed installations
Hiring Process:
Qualified applicants will receive a new-hire packet. After the packet is completed, our office will schedule orientation and hands-on training. Installers go directly to job sites after orientation, so the required vehicle, ladder, and tools must be available before starting.
Pay: $29.90 - $36.01 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
