- Engage with WARM leads over the phone . Present and close clients .
- Manage existing clients by providing ongoing support, upselling additional coverage options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track client interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients, closing deals effectively while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and consistent follow-up efforts.
- Experience (preferred not required.)
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or territory management.
