We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance and mechanical systems within our property portfolio. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can conduct property maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and maintain the integrity of building systems. As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will drive operational excellence by implementing maintenance repair procedures, managing projects, and ensuring all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a safe, well-maintained environment that supports the organization’s goals and enhances occupant satisfaction.
Duties.
- Conduct or oversee mechanical systems repair, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and low voltage systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, asset history, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, conducting work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor maintenance repair procedures to optimize operational efficiency while minimizing downtime.
Requirements
- Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial systems repair.
- Experience managing facilities
- Basic carpentry and mechanical skills to conduct property maintenance as needed
- Ability to work independently and address work in a proactive manner.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
