About Your Role
Venture capital is one of the most important and fastest-growing segments of our business, and how we win there depends on product marketing expertise that sits shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales. We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Venture Capital to own the messaging, positioning, and enablement that move VC deals forward, from the first conversation with a Managing Partner or CFO to the final stage of a competitive evaluation. In this role, you'll be the internal expert on how venture capital firms buy, who sits in the buying group, what they care about, and what makes them choose Juniper Square over the alternative. You'll translate that understanding into the persona-specific narratives, competitive positioning, content and deal support that help our sellers win. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and partners closely with Sales leadership and Demand Gen, all teams that operate as trusted partners in driving pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Do
Venture Capital strategy, positioning & messaging
- Partner on Juniper Square's strategy, positioning and messaging for the venture capital segment, articulating a differentiated value proposition for each stakeholder in the VC buying group; Managing Partners and General Partners, CFOs, Heads of Finance and Fund Operations, Investor Relations and LP-facing teams, and technical evaluators.
- Build the VC persona and industry playbooks: buyer and influencer roles, priorities, objections, and content needs at every stage of the sales journey.
Sales enablement & deal support
- Work directly with Sales leadership and top sellers to co-create the collateral that wins VC deals: executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, and stakeholder-specific decks for each stage of the buying process.
- Act as the internal expert on VC deal dynamics, playing an active role in shaping messaging and strategy on high-stakes opportunities.
Voice of customer & market intelligence
- Conduct deep voice-of-customer research through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback to continuously enrich our understanding of VC personas and use cases.
- Own competitive intelligence for the VC segment and disseminate actionable insights to Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product so the whole go-to-market motion stays aligned around how VC firms actually buy.
Build AI-native
- Use AI agents and tooling as core infrastructure to research accounts, synthesize customer and competitive inputs, which measurably accelerates the production of messaging and enablement assets.
- Apply judgment to what AI produces: know where automation accelerates the work and where human insight matters.
Cross-functional partnership
- Partner with Demand Gen to ground VC campaigns in strong, persona-relevant messaging and provide the inputs that drive message-market fit.
- Work with Product to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, resonant value propositions for VC buyers.
- Support Customer Marketing in surfacing the VC customer stories that validate our messaging with real-world proof.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem is required (at a VC firm, a fund administrator, or a company selling into VC); you understand how these firms operate, who the buyers are, and what they care about.
- Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous but not required, with a strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes.
- AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to measurably accelerate your work, and understanding where human judgment is critical.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to translate nuanced market insights into clear, compelling GTM artifacts.
Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $215,000 USD and the Canadian base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $137,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
Benefits Include
- Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family
- Life insurance
- Mental wellness coverage
- Fertility and growing family support
- Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays
- Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies
- Retirement saving plans
- Allowance to customize your work and technology setup at home

Marketing Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a marketing job in Denver?
Focus your search on Denver's technology corridor along the Denver Tech Center, the healthcare systems anchored in the central metro, and the outdoor and lifestyle brands headquartered near downtown. Roles in digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation see the most consistent openings. Candidates who demonstrate platform fluency alongside local market knowledge tend to stand out, since Denver employers often want someone who understands the regional consumer and B2B landscape.
Which companies hire marketings in Denver?
Companies currently hiring marketings in Denver include Fivetran, CBIZ, and STIO, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Denver's mix of established healthcare systems, fast-growing SaaS companies, and nationally recognized outdoor and consumer brands means marketing roles appear across a wide range of employer sizes and industries.
Are there remote marketing jobs in Denver?
Yes, marketing is one of the more remote-friendly professional fields, particularly for roles focused on content, digital campaigns, and analytics rather than on-site events or studio production. About 80% of marketing openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting broader industry norms. Demand generation, SEO, and marketing operations roles in Denver's tech sector tend to offer the most scheduling flexibility.
How can I get a marketing job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Denver is through coordinator or marketing assistant roles at the city's mid-size technology and healthcare companies, which regularly hire candidates building their first portfolio. Internships with Denver's outdoor brands and local agencies in RiNo or Cherry Creek also convert to full-time roles more often than the national average. Demonstrating hands-on experience with a specific platform, even from a personal project or volunteer campaign for a local nonprofit, gives you a concrete edge over applicants with only coursework.
Which industries hire the most marketings in Denver?
Most marketing openings in Denver sit in Technology & Software, Insurance, and Staffing & Recruiting, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Denver's role as a regional hub for technology companies, major hospital systems, and a cluster of outdoor and consumer lifestyle brands drives consistent marketing hiring across all three sectors year-round.
