Sales Support Specialist Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales support specialist in Colorado?
Most sales support specialist positions in Colorado require at least an associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field, though many employers prefer a bachelor's degree. The role carries no state-issued license or registration in Colorado. Employers typically look for demonstrated experience with CRM tools, inside sales workflows, and business communication. Building proficiency in Salesforce and completing vendor certifications for that platform strengthens a candidate's profile with Colorado's technology and services employers.
Which companies hire sales support specialists in Colorado?
Colorado sales support specialist roles are posted by Exxel Outdoors, ARQ Solutions, and EXXEL OUTDOORS and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Colorado's concentration of technology firms, aerospace contractors, and healthcare companies headquartered in the Denver metro creates consistent demand for experienced sales support professionals across the state.
Which Colorado cities have the most sales support specialist jobs?
Broomfield, Golden, and Monument have the most sales support specialist openings in Colorado. Denver dominates because of its dense cluster of corporate headquarters and regional offices in technology, energy, and healthcare, while Colorado Springs and Boulder contribute openings through defense contractors, aerospace companies, and fast-growing tech employers that each maintain substantial inside sales and sales operations teams.
Are there remote sales support specialist jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and they are more common than in many fields. About 100% of sales support specialist openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the desk-based, software-driven nature of most sales support work. Functions like CRM administration, quote generation, and proposal coordination translate well to fully remote arrangements, and many Colorado technology and SaaS companies have embraced distributed sales support teams.
How can I get hired as a sales support specialist in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a customer service, administrative assistant, or inside sales associate role into a junior sales support coordinator position. Large Colorado employers in technology and healthcare, including companies headquartered in the Denver Tech Center, regularly post coordinator-level openings that require no prior sales support title. Completing a Salesforce Administrator certification gives candidates a concrete credential that Colorado hiring managers recognize and prioritize when evaluating applicants without direct experience.
Where can I find and apply to sales support specialist jobs in Colorado?
