Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
FSIP Electronics is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Carlisle, PA.
This is a customer-facing, phone-based sales support role with daily customer interaction by phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, availability, and other requests while helping provide a positive and efficient customer experience.
FSIP offers thousands of products across multiple equipment and electronics markets. Previous knowledge of our products is not required — we provide training. Successful candidates should be comfortable learning technical products, researching information, and helping customers identify products and solutions based on their needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer support by phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Process quotes, orders, and other customer requests
- Learn FSIP's product lines and assist customers with identifying products and solutions based on their needs
- Research products, parts, pricing, availability, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Communicate with customers regarding quotes, orders, availability, and discrepancies
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Quality, Service, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday communicating directly with customers
- Mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to learn a large and diverse product line
- Comfortable researching products and asking questions to help identify the right solution for customers
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
