Kansas City's employer mix skews toward mid-size regional companies, large healthcare networks, and financial services firms, alongside a growing number of agencies serving national clients from the Crossroads corridor.
Are there remote marketing jobs in Kansas City?
Yes, and marketing is one of the more remote-adaptable fields, especially for content, digital, and demand-generation roles, though event, field, and in-store marketing positions typically require in-person work. About 75% of marketing openings tied to Kansas City are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting broad employer acceptance of flexible arrangements. Digital and analytics-focused roles headquartered in Overland Park and the Crossroads area lead in remote availability.
