This is a varied position involving studio projects, art classes, events, booth setup, marketing, and helping promote upcoming events. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, creative, and full of ideas for getting more people to attend and sign up for events.
Part-time with flexible hours. Preference given to someone who can work most Saturdays. Hours vary based on classes, events, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Help set up, organize, and tear down booths at events and fairs
- Assist with art classes, workshops, and seasonal events
- Help promote upcoming events and increase registrations
- Come up with creative ideas for reaching more people
- Be great at word-of-mouth promotion and in-person referrals
- Talk enthusiastically with people about classes, events, and services
- Help with social media, marketing materials, and promotional projects
- Prepare craft supplies, products, and project materials
- Organize inventory, supplies, and studio spaces
- Assist with product preparation and other hands-on tasks
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform light administrative and organizational tasks
- Work comfortably around friendly dogs and cats
