Maranatha Village is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Sales and Marketing Director to lead the marketing and sales efforts for our Independent Living community.
Serving seniors since 1973, Maranatha Village is an Assembly of God founded, faith-based, senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care. Our Independent Living campus provides seniors with a variety of housing options and an active community in which to enjoy their retirement years.
The Position
The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for generating interest in Maranatha Village, developing relationships with prospective residents and their families, and guiding prospects through the entire sales process—from the initial inquiry and campus tour through the decision to make Maranatha Village their home.
This is a hands-on, in-person, sales position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, following up with prospects, and achieving occupancy goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Market and sell Maranatha Village Independent Living housing
- Respond promptly and professionally to prospective resident inquiries
- Conduct campus and residential property tours
- Develop relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads throughout the decision-making process
- Manage prospect information, lead activity, and the sales pipeline
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
- Coordinate advertising, community outreach, special events, and promotional activities
- Build referral relationships with churches, community organizations, professionals, and other referral sources
- Assist with print, digital, website, and social media marketing efforts
- Track sales activity, lead sources, conversion rates, and occupancy results
- Work closely with leadership to develop strategies for maintaining and increasing Independent Living occupancy
- Represent Maranatha Village professionally within the Springfield community and travel to various conferences.

Previous experience in senior living sales, residential real estate, healthcare marketing, hospitality, or another relationship-based sales environment is preferred.
